Protocolly is an AI-powered platform that transforms messy process descriptions into professional Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Built for businesses of all sizes, it eliminates operational chaos by creating structured, executable documentation in seconds across 274+ industry templates.
You describe your process in plain language — as messy or incomplete as you want, in any language. Our AI analyzes your input and structures it into a professional SOP with a clear title, objective, scope, numbered steps with owners and time estimates, and measurable success metrics. AI-generated content is provided as a professional draft and should be reviewed by qualified personnel before operational implementation.
You can describe your process in any language. Currently, SOPs can be generated in English and Spanish, with additional output languages on our roadmap. The AI understands input in over 50 languages regardless of the selected output language.
Yes. All generated SOPs are fully editable. The AI output is a professional starting point — you can modify steps, reassign owners, adjust timelines, and add organization-specific details before publishing.

Pricing & Billing
We offer three plans: Individual ($19/month) for solo operators and freelancers, Team ($79/month) for small to mid-size teams up to 15 members, and Operational Pro ($199/month) for larger organizations needing unlimited members and dedicated support. All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes.
You can create a free account and explore the platform before subscribing. To access full AI generation and SOP management features, select the plan that best fits your needs and get started immediately.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). All payments are processed securely by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Protocolly never stores your full credit card number, CVV, or banking details.
Annual billing with a 20% discount is available for Team and Operational Pro plans. Contact sales@protocolly.one for annual pricing and enterprise contracts.
All subscription fees are non-refundable. No refunds or credits are issued for partial subscription periods, unused features, or unused time, regardless of the reason for cancellation. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy. If you are unsatisfied with the service, please contact support@protocolly.one before cancelling — we will do everything we can to resolve your issue.
Security & Privacy
We implement enterprise-grade security including TLS 1.3 encryption for all data in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, and Row-Level Security (RLS) database policies that ensure complete data isolation between organizations. No method of Internet transmission is 100% secure. In the event of a breach resulting from factors outside our reasonable control, the Company's liability is limited as described in our Terms of Service.
No. We do not use your content, SOPs, or process descriptions to train any AI models without your explicit written consent. Your data is used exclusively to provide the service to you. AI processing is performed via API calls to our provider, which does not retain submitted data beyond the duration of the individual request.
Yes. Protocolly is fully GDPR and UK GDPR compliant. We act as a data processor on behalf of our customers (data controllers) for any personal data within user-submitted content. We offer a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) for enterprise customers upon request at hello@protocolly.one.
Yes. Our Privacy Policy covers your rights under CCPA (California), LGPD (Brazil), and LFPDPPP (Mexico), including rights of access, rectification, deletion, and opposition (ARCO rights). We do not sell personal data under any of these frameworks.
Your data is stored in a PostgreSQL infrastructure hosted in the United States (AWS us-east-1) via Supabase. Data transfers from the EEA and UK to the US are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission. We are evaluating EU-based data residency options for enterprise customers requiring data sovereignty.
Within your organization, access is controlled by role-based permissions you configure. Protocolly employees have no access to your SOPs or process content. Only anonymized, aggregated usage data is accessible to our engineering and product teams for service improvement purposes.
Legal & Disputes
Any dispute must first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting hello@protocolly.one. If not resolved within 30 days, disputes are submitted to binding individual arbitration under ICC rules, conducted in English. You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis — class action lawsuits, class-wide arbitration, and jury trials are waived as described in Section 10 of our Terms of Service.
The Company's total cumulative liability for any and all claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to Protocolly in the 12 calendar months immediately preceding the date the claim arose. This applies regardless of the form of action — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise.
No. By using the Service, you expressly and irrevocably waive your right to participate in any class action lawsuit, class-wide arbitration, private attorney general action, or any other representative proceeding against Protocolly. All disputes must be resolved on an individual basis as described in Section 10 of our Terms of Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any arbitration is conducted under ICC rules in English. For users in the EU or UK, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence also apply and cannot be contractually waived.
No. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies and should be reviewed by qualified personnel before operational use.
Enterprise
Yes. For organizations requiring custom pricing, dedicated support, SLA guarantees, SSO/SAML integration, or custom data processing agreements, contact our sales team at sales@protocolly.one. We typically respond within one business day.
We are actively developing native integrations with existing HRIS, project management, and knowledge base tools, including Notion, Slack, and Microsoft Teams. Contact sales@protocolly.one for integration availability.
We target 99.9% uptime for all plans. Operational Pro customers can request a formal Service Level Agreement (SLA) with uptime guarantees, incident response times, and compensation terms. Contact sales@protocolly.one for SLA documentation.
Yes. Operational Pro customers receive dedicated onboarding support including a kickoff call, workspace configuration assistance, and a 30-day check-in. Custom onboarding packages for larger deployments are available upon request.
Support
You can reach our support team at support@protocolly.one. Individual plan customers receive email support with a 48-hour response time. Team plan customers receive priority support with a 24-hour response time. Operational Pro customers receive dedicated support with a 4-hour response time during business hours.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings under Billing. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. All subscription fees are non-refundable — no credits or refunds are issued for unused time. You can export all your SOPs and data before cancellation.
